Welcome to Lucid Lens AI. By accessing or using our website and services at lucidlensai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lucid Lens AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Lucid Lens AI is a web application that provides:

• AI-powered dream interpretation using depth psychology and symbolic analysis
• Audio narration of dream interpretations
• AI-generated images based on dream content
• A personal dream archive

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Plans and Payments

We offer the following plans:

• Dreamer Free — free access to your dream archive with no dream submissions included
• Dreamer — $2.99 one-time payment for one dream interpretation, no subscription required
• Lucid Dreams — $19.99 per month for 30 dream submissions per billing cycle

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Lucid Dreams subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Dream submissions do not roll over to the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, though exceptions may be made at our discretion.

4. Your Content and Dream Submissions

You retain ownership of the dream descriptions you submit. By submitting content to Lucid Lens AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your dream descriptions using AI services to generate interpretations, images, and audio for your personal use.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information about third parties without their consent
• Is intended to manipulate or abuse our AI systems

5. AI-Generated Content

The interpretations, images, and audio narrations generated by our service are created using third-party AI services including OpenAI (GPT-4o and DALL-E 3) and ElevenLabs. All AI-generated content is provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or quality of generated content.

You may use the AI-generated content created from your dream submissions for personal, non-commercial purposes including downloading and sharing on personal social media accounts. Lucid Lens AI makes no copyright ownership claims over AI-generated interpretations, images, or audio produced through our service. Under current law, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection, and you acknowledge this limitation when using our service.

You may not use AI-generated content from our service for commercial purposes, resale, or as training data for other AI systems without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lucid Lens AI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Lucid Lens AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Lucid Lens AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid Lens AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
