Our team typically responds within 24 hours. Include your account email and a description of your issue for the fastest response.
Most dream interpretations are completed within 2–5 minutes of submission. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready. During high-traffic periods it may take slightly longer.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your results, please contact us and we'll make it right. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page in the dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Your dream archive remains accessible on the free Dreamer Free plan after cancellation. You won't lose any past interpretations, images, or audio files.
Yes! All generated images and audio narrations are available for download from your dashboard. Simply click the Download button next to any result.
If your dream hasn't produced results after 10 minutes, please contact us using the form above with your account email and we'll investigate and restore your dream credit if needed.
Yes. Your dream submissions are private by default and only visible to you. We never share your personal dream content with other users. See ou
